Burn out !
The long work days are burning me out..and i cant seem to slp well at night these days..i feel so sluggish..i cant find time to do running ..but i did my weight training cutting down on the amount as i dunt wanna tired myself out..i needa burn my fats! i am so busy in camp these days..hard able to catch some rest..Duty is on 22nd! haha.hope is fun..yeah..i wanna to get tired without thinkin of anything..fall asleep as soon as i hit my pillow..
